Our impact is being demonstrated in the following areas of our work:Affordable Input Supply
We provide last mile delivery of seeds, chemicals and fertilizers to smallholder farmers so that they participate in agriculture value chains using certified and high quality productive inputs. Our store comprises seeds and irrigation equipment. We also partner with local and international suppliers of innovations to provide sustainable and affordable inputs to our farmer and agri-SME clientele.

TRAINING
We employ agriculture extension workers as need arises to extend technologies, knowledge and agri-skills to farmer organisations so that they produce according to standards of good agricultural production that meet market expectations. We use anchor farm model and outgrower scheme farmer-member visitations as well as group training to transfer technologies and knowledge to farmers.

OUTPUT MARKETS
Where possible, we buy produce directly from farmers using a pool of funds mobilized by FADC. Alternatively, we link farmers to lucrative markets through which they can obtain the best return possible.

AGRI-SME Capacity Development Support
FADC is consulted by sundry NGOs, Development Partners and private sector players to render expertise in such areas as Farmer Organisation training, agribusiness planning, agri-financial modelling and management, project management, monitoring and evaluation; farm business set-up; agricultural cooperative development services. We respond to these needs with all our arsenal of expertise and resources.
