FADC PRODUCTION

This is the branch of FADC where through Anchor Farms and Outgrower Schemes, we are producing soy beans, groundnuts and horticultural commodities for the local and international (export) markets. We mobilise resources and invest in anchor farms that can create jobs and produce large volumes of commodity in order to generate returns for operations and projects.

Our vision is to increase volumes of commodity and engage in direct exports thereby contribute to the growth of Malawi’s economy through FOREX and taxes. In addition, we will establish processing centres for the increased commodity volumes in order to add value to our produce and that of smallholder farmers (SHFs).

Currently we have contracted SHFs in Lilongwe and Dedza Districts of Malawi’s Central Region.
Under Production department, we also partner with seed and other input producers to supply agri-inputs to farmers.

SOYA BEAN SEED SUPPLY

We partner with other stakeholders to supply high quality seeds for soy beans to farmers across Malawi. We currently have Tikolore and Makwacha varieties for soy beans
